For this particular project, the customer selected our Olympic Floor Plan as their starting point. This 1,969 square foot split-bedroom ranch home features three bedrooms and two baths, as well as a home office. This floor plan also includes a defined kitchen area and a spa-like master suite. As any buyer can do, the homeowners elected to make some custom modifications to the floor plan to better suit their needs.
