If you’ve stopped by our model home this summer, you may have noticed some dust or loud noises as we’ve been renovating to showcase the latest in homebuilding and design. By upgrading our own model home, we can show you where the industry is headed — and how we’ve improved.
New Exterior
Some of the biggest changes have been to the model home’s exterior. We’ve recently gone through in the process of upgrading the old windows to bronze, a new front door with sidelites and white siding. We love the new look and how it showcases some of the finest building products available.
Reimagined Kitchen Space
Kitchen trends can change quickly, which made this an exciting focus of our renovations. We’ve made improvements that showcase our Cambria Quartz countertop options, while also knocking down a wall to make room for a nicely sized kitchen island. The new kitchen is something you really need to see for yourself!
An Update of the Olympic
We’ve made enough changes to this model to consider it a new update to our popular Olympic floor plan that it is based on. This new Olympic floor plan is quickly becoming one of our most popular floor plans thanks to its versatility, and these latest changes build upon its already impressive features. It’s a great way to get inspiration for your own home!
