Entries from both event weeks will be combined for the final drawing. Each winner will receive one specific prize—winners do not select their upgrade.
🏠 Who’s Eligible?
To qualify for the raffle, all of the following must apply:
- You must be building a new home with Capstone Custom Homes
- Contract must be written between May 9 and September 1, 2025
- Contract must not be contingent on the sale of another home or land
- Loan must close within 60 days of the contract date
