Once you sign your contract, we aim to complete your home build in just four months. The dig starts after you get bank approval for your home loan. Our project managers carefully oversee each phase of building, including foundation, framing, mechanicals, and finishing stages to keep everything on budget and on time, without sacrificing quality.
Final Walkthrough and Move-In
After construction is complete, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of your finished home. This is an important opportunity to identify and correct any issues before you move in.
