Every year at Capstone, we hold our annual Christmas party with a dinner, games, and other activities as we reflect on the past year and look forward to the future. This party also includes our year-end awards — but most importantly, it is a time to thank all of our employees for what they do.

We are so grateful for our employees for their efforts — after all, it takes a team to build great homes! To celebrate, we shut down our office on the afternoon of December 1 for a late lunch and celebration to close out 2022 and honor our standout employees.
Yearly Awards
As part of our dinner, we give out a few awards to recognize our team for their hard work:
The Employee of the Year Award is awarded by ownership for exemplary work by someone who has gone above and beyond throughout the year. This person embodies what Capstone is all about, championing our core values and showing dedication to our mission to build great homes for good people.
The People’s Choice Award is given by fellow employees to a coworker who they feel has represented Capstone’s core values throughout the year through encouraging others, bringing a positive attitude to work, and so on.
Looking Forward to 2023
With 2022 coming to a close, our year-end party was also a time to look forward to what 2023 has in store. Part of the coming year’s plans include attending The International Builders Show 2023 in Las Vegas. We’re excited for this event because a lot of the industry’s leading edge ideas are presented there, which will provide a great opportunity for us to get new ideas and products for our customers.
