Register Your Referral

If you’re an existing Capstone homeowner and you’d like to give us a referral, you’ll start by registering them. This can be done by calling or emailing us with details about your referral. To ensure your referral is eligible for the rewards program, make sure to complete this step before they visit one of our model homes.

Capstone’s Involvement

After registering your referral, there’s nothing else you have to do! Once we write and sign a purchase agreement with them, our team will take care of the rest. Our goal is to make this program as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. 

Referral Payment

Once we complete the foundation of your referral’s new home, we’ll send out your reward check via mail. This way, you will get your reward quickly and conveniently. It’s a simple — yet valuable — way to  benefit from sharing your Capstone experience.
